What is Wellness for SBCC Students:
The path to wellness is not a one-size-fits-all. The journey is unique and different for each individual student. At SBCC we focus on the Eight Elements of Health and Wellness.
The common thread for everyone is that wellness requires a holistic approach.

We want this space to bring both students and staff together in an intimate, interactive, and non-confrontational manner.
We want to de-stigmatize and remove the barriers to gaining access to mental health and wellness services for ALL students.
