John Dunn Gourmet Dining Room

The John Dunn Gourmet Dining Room, as its name suggests, offers four-course dinners prepared and served by Culinary Arts students. The dinner courses are expertly paired with wine. The cost is $50 plus tax per person, and we accept cash and credit cards only.

Currently, the GDR Kitchens are being remodeled and under construction. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm dates for the Spring 2024 semester. We hope to confirm dates as soon as we can.  Please check this website periodically for updates. Seating is limited, and reservations are mandatory
 
Please note we cannot accommodate tables over 6 people, as this is an academic culinary course/lab component. We can only accept one large table in the evening.  Space is very limited. 
 
Reservations must be made via email at gdr@pipeline.sbcc.edu   We will not take phone reservations.
